Remigio Crespo neighborhood faces problems from bar and disco clientele

Sidewalks converted into canteens, street quarrels, bustle until the wee hours of the morning, are the main problems affecting the inhabitants of Remigio Crespo Avenue, which is now characterized as an area full of bars and discos. The last incident that caused citizen anger happened committed last Thursday, when a group of motorcyclists physically assaulted a crew of workers of the Municipal Cleaning Company of Cuenca (EMAC). The incident was recorded by a security camera in the area and showed motorcyclists beating the workers who collected the garbage left by dozens of individuals.
