Subscriptions

Subscriptions are meant for individual purposes. They cannot be shared with others. You may not copy content that your subscription gives you access to for use on another website, blog, publication, etc. Subscriptions can be canceled at anytime, but access to the website will continue to be available through the end of the subscribers current billing term. The Cuenca Dispatch does not offer refunds on unused subscriptions.

Upgrading from a monthly plan to a yearly plan is billed immediately and your current term is prorated. Downgrading from a yearly plan to a monthly plan with only begin once the current yearly billing term is completed. Subscriptions are managed by each user. Users have the ability to disable the auto renew feature in order to not be billed for the next term. This can be done from the My Account > My Subscriptions tab. The Cuenca Dispatch facilitates this feature in order to avoid unwanted renewals. Refunds will not be issued.
