Tim Ballard, a former U.S. security agent and activist who exposed a case of child pornography in Canoa (Manabí), which inspired the movie “Sound of Freedom,” is set to deliver three lectures in Ecuador.

Return to Ecuador

Tim Ballard, known for uncovering a child pornography case in Canoa, which inspired the film ‘Sound of Freedom,’ is returning to Ecuador. The film, titled ‘Sonidos de Libertad’ in Spanish, depicts Ballard’s journey as he leaves his job to dedicate his life to rescuing children from human trafficking.

Activism and Organizations

In addition to his work as an activist, Ballard is the founder of the non-profit organization Operation Underground Railroad and ‘The Nazarene Fund,’ both focused on combating child trafficking.

Presentations in Ecuador

Ballard will embark on a multi-city tour with his conference, ‘God’s Children Are Not for Sale.’ During these events, he will share his experiences in combating international child trafficking across more than 24 countries. He will also discuss methods to protect children from trafficking gangs and the role of modern technology in these efforts.

  1. A quick google search reveals that Ballard is being sued by multiple women for sexual assault. Even the LDS church condemned him, which would normally be a badge of honor, but they make a good case against him.

  4. This guy is in some serious legal troubles in the US. Not surprising he needs money and is “lecturing” elsewhere. Look him up on Mormon Stories Podcast and learn the truth about him. Super shady!!
