Legal battle surrounding euthanasia case takes step forward as Court sets a date for hearing

Paola Roldán, confined to her bed due Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, initiated legal proceedings challenging the constitutionality of a specific article in the Comprehensive Organic Penal Code (COIP). Her primary objective is to advocate for the decriminalization of euthanasia within the country.
