Honduras dealing with huge numbers of Ecuadorian migrants heading to the US

Thousands of Ecuadorians, among migrants from other countries, continue to embark on a perilous journey through Honduras in an attempt to reach the United States. International organizations have raised concerns over the "multiple risks" these migrants face, often falling victim to human traffickers known as "coyotes."
