Glas faces embezzlement charges related to Manta-Colisa Highway

The Manta-Colisa Highway, despite remaining undamaged during the devastating 2016 earthquake, was approved for construction using emergency funds by the Reconstruction Committee, chaired by then Vice President Jorge Glas.
