Ecuador’s Victims and Witnesses Protection System has 25 prosecutors under protection

In total, 31 officials from the Prosecutor’s Office have applied to enter the Victims and Witnesses Protection System in 2022. Some prosecutors have been in the program for two years.

FAO says Ecuador has second worst rate of hunger in South America
