Ecuador to Hire Additional Barges for Electricity Crisis, Announces Energy Minister

The government of Daniel Noboa has announced plans to hire one or two more barges to address the ongoing electricity crisis. These will be added to the existing barge leased from the Turkish company Karpowership.
