Cuenca International Art Bienal features works by 53 artists from 17 countries

“Cuenca’s 2018 International Art Bienal kicked November 23 with a variety of street performances and the official dedication ceremony at Pumapungo Theater. One of Latin America’s largest art bienals, the event continues through the first week of February in three dozen locations. The bienal theme is Estructuras Vivientes, or Living Structures, representing the emphasis on installation art.
